Meadowbrooke Gourds Fundraising Guidelines
Fundraising with Meadowbrooke Gourds is easy and provides your organizations with a very unique product to sell.
We will provide you with catalogs, price sheets, order forms and a master order form to being your fundraising event.
You will decide how long you want to run the fundraiser, hand out catalogs, take orders, and please collect money when an order is placed.
Prices on the price list are 50% higher than our wholesale cost. You will only be responsible for the wholesale cost of the gourds. The remaining 50% is your profit (Example: a $10.00 product wholesale would sell for $15.00-you would pay the $10.00 and the $5.00 would be profit).
On the date agreed upon, you will need to combine all your group's orders onto the master order form (which contains the wholesale cost) and return it along with the money collected to us. We will double check the order and let you know how much you owe us-the remaining amount is your profit.
If your order is $100.00 to $999.99, you will receive a 5% discount if payment is in cash or check. If your order is over $1,000.00, you will receive a 10% discount if payment is in cash or check. This discount is for farm pickups only.
The last thing we need to do is pull your order, call you when it is ready for pick up or shipping and then you can distribute your orders among your group.
